Convenient and Comfortable Stay
I had a fabulous night here before my flight. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to relax. The complimentary airport shuttle was prompt, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with plenty of delicious choices. However, I think the coffee quality could be improved to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

The seafood at the nearby El Ratito was a culinary dream! Loved the fresh flavors! Plus, the breakfast buffet here took the cake—so many choices to fuel your Madrid adventures. The staff were accommodating and even whipped up a tasty sandwich for us after hours!
What we found disappointing during this stay was the beds. They fell apart as you got in. Another letdown was the menu changes. the food this time was decent but not the Michelin-level goodness we were craving.
